Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) Industrial Engineering Excellence Community successfully organized the 8th IDEA’25 Career Summit, this year under the theme "PUSULA" (Compass).

The event brought together industry experts and professionals, providing attendees with valuable career insights to navigate their professional journeys.

The summit kicked off with an opening speech by Hasan Kalyoncu University (HKU) Rector Prof. Dr. Türkay Dereli. The event featured distinguished speakers, including:
