The orientation program for first-year students who enrolled in the departments and programs of Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMU) for the 2024-2025 academic year successfully concluded.

The event, held at the Atatürk Congress and Culture Center, was attended by OMU Rector Prof. Dr. Fatma Aydın, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Alper Kesten, academic staff, administrative personnel, and students.

OMU Rector Prof. Dr. Fatma Aydın emphasized that the students had made well-informed decisions and that the university would do everything possible to ensure they are trained in the best possible way. As a university student, don’t forget your responsibilities toward yourself, your family, and your nation. Your diligence in these matters will ensure that you graduate from Ondokuz Mayıs University well-prepared and as a highly qualified graduate in your field. At the end of the program, Rector Prof. Dr. Fatma Aydın joined students in visiting the various stands set up for them.
