We condemn the tried “attempt” against the Turkish democracy. We wish to emphasize that we, as an educational institution, are the protectors of our democracy and our state against a coup. We fully believe that Turkey will continue to progress and keep moving towards her future goals.

We, the OMU staff and students, protect the city squares and our democracy together with our nation.
